Is yourspace live?
yourspace has been on the App Store since 2020, renting workspaces by the hour. yourspace 2.0, which adds stays, experiences, long-term rentals, 3D tours and a host app, is in development and hasn’t launched yet.
What can people book?
22 kinds of space in four families: workspaces by the hour, stays by the night, experiences by the departure, and homes, offices and warehouses on a lease.
How does yourspace make money?
Hosts pay a commission on each booking: 10% for workspaces, 12% for stays and 15% for experiences, halved for returning guests. Long-term listings pay SAR 199 a month each instead. Detailed 3D models are a paid extra.
How do the 3D tours work?
Hosts scan their space with an iPhone, and yourspace turns it into a walk-through, a 3D model and a floor plan. The tour made on the phone is free.
Who builds yourspace?
yourspace is designed, built and run by hads_, a Saudi product studio that creates, develops and launches its own digital products.
